1. Making Payments to Pay Pal Please make sure you enter correct email and mailing addresses when you make your payment to PayPal. When you setup your account to PayPal you have provided an email address. It happens that, over the years, you changed your email address, but PayPal uses your old one. Consequently, we cannot contact you back. We have provided a box for you to enter your current email address, and the mailing one. If you do not hear form us after 24 hrs since payment to PayPal, write an email to us using any email links in our pages. 2. Sending emails The email correspondence is very important for everybody, but there are few simple rules you need to follow, if you do want your email messages to be read. Here they are: 1. Use a decent email address (for example, johnspencer@mailhome.com) 2. Set your message to "Plain Text" format, not HTML and not "Rich Text" 3. Use a descriptive name in the "Subject" box, not "Hi" or "Hello" or "John" 4. Keep your email message brief, and to the point |

The best alternative is to contact us by email. Our mailing address has been changed; we do not post it here anymore to avoid further junk mail. In case of absolute urgency you could contact us by phone, though the best option is still the email. For Customer Support, contact us using: support@corollarytheorems.com For site related issues address your emails to: webmaster@corollarytheorems.com Phone: 1 (604) 581-9214 (we do not take orders by phone; please, use the email to contact us) Send your emails to us only in plain text format. Emails in Rich Text or HTML are deleted by default. |
