November 09, 2007 WOMEN This in an interesting psychological example. Since she came from her self-imposed exile, Madam Benazir Bhutto went like a bulldog on talking and instigating "the people" to fight for democracy in Pakistan. The fact that many people died right next to her, that there is a Martial Law in effect, and there is a terribly strained, political situation in Pakistan are all meaningless to Madam Bhutto: all she wants is "her democracy in Pakistan" and "now". Practically, she grabbed the microphone with her beautiful right hand, and she kept on talking and talking to "the people" continuously. That is not politics, not patriotism, and certainly not logic behavior, dear lady. Listen to this. A. Pakistan is a nuclear power, and it is also a vital center of power in Asia. Pakistan's policy is one of the most difficult to handle, particularly for Mr. Pervez Musharraf. Yes, he is a military dictator, and he knows that aspect very well. He tries to give up his military powers and to become a democratic President--well, more or less democratic--but that takes a lot of TACT, LOGIC, DIPLOMACY, AND ALSO TOUGH MEASURES. B. Madam Benazir Bhutto talks to "the people" trying to instigate them into social disobedience, to fight for democracy, and whatever. That is "the street policy", and it had always very, very bad consequences. Among the millions of people supporting her, rest assured that more than half have absolutely no idea what is all the fuss about; Madam Benazir Bhutto simply instigates the mobs to a senseless/purposeless revolt. In the same time, there are many who hate Madam Benazir, and they are also incited to "action"--this time directed against her, and against her supporters--each time she feels the need to cry out loud. That is the lousiest form of politics possible. C. Instead of pouring gasoline over fire, Madam Benazir Bhutto could talk discreetly and intelligently with Mr. Musharraf in order to build together a nice, safe plan of action for a quiet democratic transition. Note that handling Pakistan's policy in the entire world is not something any loud-mouth, brainless Pakistani "someone" should achieve. D. Mr. Musharraf is the strongest supporter the future Pakistan democracy has, at this moment. Sure, he did silenced his opposition--or he tries to--so what? Lawyers have been arrested or demoted; so what? Of course Mr. Musharraf tries to ensure a good, safe future for himself; so what? Important is only the fact that HE WANTS THE CHANGE TO A FUTURE DEMOCRATIC PAKISTAN. E. Pakistan needs a steel hand and a very sharp logic in order to keep its armed forces in leash, and to handle the anarchic Taliban terrorists. HOW you do that is little important as long as it is successful. As for Democracy, it appears that it doesn't quite work--please note the Iraq example. Until the Muslim fundamentalist threat is over, you shouldn't even think of democracy, dear Madam Benazir Bhutto. Your "timing" couldn't have been worse. It is clear that Madame Benazir is totally out of synch with political reality in Pakistan, and in the entire world. Therefore, the questions are, "How is that possible? Has she no sense of reality? Is it possible that she does not understand the Taliban threat?" The Taliban is not an isolated group/gang anymore; it is the ideology of crime, violence, and hate sold/preached to brainless masses of people worldwide. It is a very dangerous international movement, dear politician lady. In addition, those millions of people you try to instigate to revolt--and also to hate--are going to turn against you, against your democracy, and against anything good you will try to achieve later, because "the people" always did that. You should study little history first, dear lady, before "making" any policy. Fact is, good, serious politics is not quite for everybody ... Anyway, the title of this article is meant to be a joke. Saturday November 03, 2007 THE GANG POLICY IN FEW WORDS Although they have the majority in Congress and Senate, the Democrats appear to be totally incapable of any action against the Administration--are there too many "unfocused" democrat ladies in the Congress? (Watch out, dear USA electors: ladies or gentlemen, Democrats or Republicans, those people you invest with executive powers have to engage into responsible, good politics, not just to "pose" beautifully around.) It is clear the Democrats lack political vigor: they do not know what to do, where to start, and when to start doing ... something. Everything bad in USA and in the entire world today has to do with the Bush-Cheney Administration. Take the price of oil. When Mr. Bush bolted the first time into the White House, the oil was about 20 USD per barrel; today, it is 100! That enormous price increase is going to be paid by all ordinary, poor citizens in the entire world: in USA, in France, in UK, in Germany, in Canada, in Russia, in China, in India, in South Africa ... everywhere. However, while the "electors" pay dearly, Mr. Bush and the gang are very busy cashing-in! The USA Administration loves high prices more than (clear) sun-light: the higher the prices, the greater the profits! Note that Mr. Bush and the gang work only for the interests of few, very rich companies. All price increases are motivated by "political instability in the world today", which is entirely the humble work of the honorable George Walker Bush, the 43rd USA President. Thank you very much for your wonderful gift, dear Mr. President! The only thing that has dropped dramatically, recently, is the USA dollar, but that is done again with precise intentions. A low USA dollar is needed to attract investments back to USA; to favor USA exports of goods worldwide; and to increase USA productivity artificially. That is just another "fare" the entire world has to pay for Mr. Bush's unstoppable love for oil--and for money, of course. Now, who could blame a Texan oilman for indulging in little oil love? Let's take a look at his memorable, better said historical, achievements. 1. Mr. Bush takes the power, and almost immediately our life started being "more expensive". 2. Next comes the terrible 9/11 events. The USA citizens, and a good part of the world, are both angered and shocked deeply. 3. However, Mr. Bush and the gang grip firmly on the opportunity, and they start flaming the war propaganda. Mr. Colin Powell is used a the "brainless tool" needed to motivate/promote the "War against Saddam Hussein". 4. The USA troops invade Iraq. Of course, that is not quite an invasion, because the USA troops cannot stay in Iraq for too long: it is too expensive. Mr. Bush and the gang will have to surrender their dictatorial powers one good day, therefore the USA troops withdrawal will follow soon after. However, Iraqi citizens should be well aware that they have two options ahead, today: 1. a strong cooperation with the NATO block; 2. the great Iranian leadership (and also Russian, implicitly). Tough choice; therefore, the "true" Iraqi citizens should treasure the current, temporary (and very expensive) USA "occupation" a lot. When the USA troops will leave, then the truly great troubles will come. The best thing is, the Iraqi citizens should start fighting as hard as they can for Iraq democracy right now; otherwise ... 5.Anyway, Saddam is soon defeated, therefore the "reason" for invading Iraq also disappears. Mr. Bush and the gang needs badly "another good reason" to continue their dear Iraqi-Oil War. They find it in no time: the welfare, the protection, and the help needed to support "the USA troops on the Iraqi ground"! Note this: it was Mr. Bush himself the one who pushed the USA troops in the dangerous Iraq War; now, the troops need "protection"! 6. That "protection" thing is, again, not quite protection: it translates simply into trillions of good USA dollars paid mostly to the USA weapons/war industry. Of course, the USA citizens honor a good part of the bill, though the rest of it is left for the poor people in the entire world. As always, the hardest affected are only the poor people; for the rich guys, few thousand dollars in extra yearly costs means exactly nothing. Now comes the interesting part. 6. Due to the unstable political situation "created" by Mr. Bush and the rest of the gang, political poles of power start distancing from each other. The first repelled are Russia and China. Mr. Bush tried to get Russia's cooperation into bombing Iran's uranium enriching facilities, but it is clear he failed. China also refused to support Mr. Bush's fantasies of "peace, security, and democracy". 7. The rest of the NATO countries are also faced with a clear choice: either stick closer to the good old NATO block, or join the new Russia-China side. Again, there is not much choice, because Russia itself has never excelled in making good friends, anywhere; as for China ... well! This explains Mr. Nicholas Sarkozi's sudden enthusiasm for closer ties with USA. 8. The great political instability created "patriotically" by Mr. Bush and the gang has far more dangerous effects. The ordinary citizens in the entire world started being polarizing, this time based on religious grounds: Muslims hate Christians; therefore the Christians have to return the favor. What is going to come out from this "religious dilemma" during the next 10-20 years is difficult to predict. 9. Today, Mr. Bush and the gang turn a blind eye on the continuous economic rip-off in USA, and abroad, because that is exactly the way they "make money". Mr. Bush and the gang have little dictatorship time left, therefore they need to cash-in as much as it is "humanly" possible. 10. Finally, Mr. Bush (and the gang) is preparing for withdrawal from the White House establishment--this is the reason he started lately to name himself "a War President"! He and the rest of the gang need few more wars badly, because they intend to cash-in good inflation-dollars for many, many years to come. Now, the Democrats have the majority in Congress and in Senate, and the USA public opinion is also strongly biased against Mr. Bush' gang policy. Therefore, the great question is: "What is the USA democracy going to do to stop the Dictator?" or "Does the USA democracy has ANY powers to stop Mr. Bush's dictatorship?" Well!
